Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026

These terms govern your use of https://netdeveloper.org and set out the standard basis on which Net Developer provides web development services.

Agreement

By using this website you accept these terms. Where we deliver services to you, the specific engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence.

About us

Net Developer Org is a for-profit commercial web development agency. We build websites and applications on WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel and custom JavaScript stacks. We are not affiliated with Microsoft, the .NET Foundation, WordPress.org, Shopify Inc. or HighLevel Inc., and we are not a nonprofit organisation.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are for the productized service tiers as described. They assume the scope stated in the tier and reasonable cooperation in supplying content, assets and access. Work outside a published tier is quoted individually, and the quoted price is fixed once both parties have accepted the scope in writing.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, VAT or withholding. Third-party costs — hosting, licences, premium plugins, themes, stock media and platform subscriptions — are additional unless the proposal states otherwise.

Payment

Unless the proposal says otherwise, fixed-price engagements are billed 50% on acceptance and 50% on completion, before final handover of files and access. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide content, brand assets and platform access promptly. Stated timelines assume this and pause where it is outstanding.
  • Nominate one person with authority to approve work and consolidate feedback.
  • Confirm you hold the rights to any content, imagery, fonts or trademarks you supply.

Revisions and scope

Each tier includes the revision rounds listed on its page. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback. Requests that change the agreed scope — additional pages, new features, a change of direction after design approval — are quoted separately before we proceed. We will not do additional work and invoice you for it without agreement.

Timelines

The build durations quoted are working-day estimates that begin once we have received everything needed to start. Delays in feedback, content or access extend the timeline by the corresponding period.

Intellectual property

On receipt of final payment, ownership of the custom work produced for you transfers to you. This excludes third-party components, which remain subject to their own licences, and excludes our general know-how, internal tooling and reusable code libraries, which remain ours. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Post-launch support

Each build includes 30 days of post-launch support from the launch date, covering defects and minor adjustments to delivered work. It does not cover new features, content changes, third-party platform changes, or issues caused by modifications made by others. Ongoing support beyond that period is available on a retainer.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. If you cancel after work has started, you are liable for work completed to that point, and the initial deposit is non-refundable once the design phase has begun. We will hand over everything produced up to the point of cancellation.

Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms we do not control, including WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, hosting providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, policy changes or discontinued features, though we will help you respond to them.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that the work will be performed with reasonable skill and care and will substantially conform to the agreed scope. We do not warrant that any website will achieve particular search rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates or revenue, as those depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
