Who we are

Net Developer Org (“Net Developer”, “we”, “us”) is a for-profit web development agency. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@netdeveloper.org or (307) 454-0600.

Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

• Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the project details you choose to share, including platform interest, revenue range and timeline.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device type and browser. This is collected through Google Tag Manager and GoHighLevel's tracking script.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a scope and quote.
• To schedule and conduct discovery calls.
• To deliver services under a signed engagement.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To send occasional follow-up about your enquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site performs.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of third-party processors, each of which receives only the data required to perform its function:

• HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) — CRM, enquiry form handling, calendar booking and follow-up messaging.
• Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for site measurement.
• Hosting and email providers — for serving this site and handling correspondence.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client — in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, to meet accounting and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention period of the platform collecting it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@netdeveloper.org. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager and GoHighLevel to measure site usage and attribute enquiries to their source. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from using the site or submitting an enquiry.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
