The project
A luxury condo development in Tijuana where the deliverable is a conversation engine rather than a site. A Facebook or Instagram lead receives a 3D showroom link on WhatsApp, is asked qualifying questions by an AI assistant and offered a booking. Non-responders are followed up every two days, and an upset lead stops the bot and creates a task for the sales team.
